So I’m at the Eyptian Cafe right now, enjoying a nice mix of Mint and Paradise Island (excellent!) and I just got an email from SouthSmoke.com. They have a good amount of Al-Fakher in stock right now and are offering 250g jars of the premium flavors for $9.99 and 250g of Al-Fakher Golden for $12.99. The online prices are usually good, but this deal will save you a couple bucks off that easily.
For the premium I highly recommend AF’s grape and if you’ve never had the gold line before, you simply have to try Eskandarani Apple – it tastes like apple pie and NOT the stuff that most “double apple” flavors taste like!
Halp! Purdookah.com needs a tag line! In the interest of branding and furthering our image, we need something short and sweet to go with our logo. In addition to the site, the tag line will also appear on a new line of swag and merchandise we’ve got in the works. So here’s the dealio:

Ideas are valued things around here and we know you guys are full of them. Get creative and show us what you’ve got!

This tax increase seems to be a response to some companies that relabled themselves as pipe tobacco to avoid earlier tax raises. However, the tax increase will affect much more.
Hookah stands a chance to have its prices increased as well. If the tax was passed, average prices per quantity would be something like: Continue reading →

The goal of Purdue is to recycle more per capita than any other Big 10 University.Purdue is getting students involved by having student organizations adopt a week. At the end of the competition the student organizations that adopted the highest recycling week will get a prize! Also, check out what is going on in your residence hall to see how you can help!

We are also handing out coupons to local places as we see student, staff, and faculty recycling.Purdookah.com supports Recycle Mania
Since we’re not a student group, we can’t sponsor a week of competition, as noted above. Nevertheless, we support our campus activities and you can bet we’ll be recycling the foil straight off the hookah!
